“Life is just a bowl of cherries”

You might be wondering what am I talking about. Life is just a bowl of cherries. To be very honest with you the thought came to me when I ended up in prison. I honestly thought my life was over, knowing I got 10 years at the age of 19. My mind was so jumbled I just don’t know what to do knowing I was sent to prison innocently; but after UNDERSTANDING what life is all about, I came to the conclusion that “life is just a bowl of cherries.”

Life is wonderful and beautiful and AMAZING despite all the circumstances. The most enjoyable life will have it’s moments of fear and anxiety. However, it is those moments of anxiety and tribulation that make us better persons and I’m a testimony to that. The word of God tells me that his grace is sufficient for me, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

I honestly want to thank God for Kevin and his beautiful organization. Kevin thank you so much for bringing HOPE AND OPPORTUNITY IN THE PRISON, because if there’s no other time we prisoners have hope it’s now. Kevin may GOD BLESS you and Marsha and all the staff of ROOTS FM. You all have made me so so so happy. Love to you all.
